Documentaries -
Refugee Work
Youth Support's media division -
Dial-Media have produced documentaries on issues concerning youth and children;
on research and on personalities. We also look at young people who have
succeeded in some way against difficult circumstances.
An important aspect of this is our work with refugee children and
Asylum seeking youth. We have conducted workshops in media, art drama and music
with refugee youth and undertaken research in Afghanistan.
Our films include 'Asylum' which covers work with young
refugees and has its premiere on 21st April 2010 at BAFTA. This has a dedicated
website www.asylumfilm.com
Downloads will eventually be available here but in the meantime
please refer to the Asylum film website
for trailer.
A further documentary is in post production - 'A Safe Place'
looks at the life of children in Afghanistan.
Much of our
content is provided free of charge but some items require a membership fee. All our
proceeds are strictly for our Charity - Youth Support and our International
Branches.
Most of our
